Lilydale Tasmania

Lilydale Falls Reserve

I got all my photos processed in Launceston but at what cost? The parking there is horrendous. I had to park in a paying spot but I had no money for the meter and there were no parking spots anywhere. What a nightmare. My advice is to avoid Launceston like the plague. I skirted around the edges later on and got to the road to Lilydale. I was going to camp out in the bush but the spot I had thought of had dumped cars and looked really suss, so I drove all the way to Lilydale. Late in the evening it started to drizzle and during the night it rained pretty well the whole night. This morning it had stopped so I went for a walk up the the falls along the track.

I am not sure which one. Either Tasmanian or Brown Thornbill. I am awaiting experts opinion. Super bad photo but. doh!
