Pulau Langkawi Day Three

Langkawi Day Three – afternoon.

This morning it was pouring rain, so of course I stayed home. Later in the afternoon, the sun came out, so the plan was to go exploring to a few spots so that I can get to them easily in the morning. The first spot was Lubuk Semilang, a reserve way in the centre of Langkawi at the foot of Gunung Raya. I did not see one bird. It was a complete dud. After that I went past Langkawi Airport and found a field opposite the cop shop. At least there was a couple of birds there, but still not much. Last stop was Chenang Reed Beds. A couple of birds there but not much. Maybe these spots may be better in the morning. doh!
